Robin Williams as The Joker

Been to some cruise vacation and got a lotta free time in open water.So there was I watching tv I saw that dark knight commercial passing by, and I remember that there were Robin Williams in people's mind before Heath Ledger got the role.Thought what if Robin Williams got the role instead of Heath Ledger at the beginning?
